Kristina ‘KP’ Powers, PhD is President & Founder of the Institute for Effectiveness in Higher Education.
The Institute for Effectiveness in Higher Education (IEHE) elevates forward thinking that accelerates colleges and universities. IEHE’s work is focused on three segments: 1) Accreditation Liaison Collaborative, 2) Book Collaboratives and 3) Special Topics (e.g., Transfer-in student success, Third-party servicers). In this role, KP utilizes her 20 years+ of working in, with, and for four-year colleges and universities on topics of accreditation, assessment, benchmarking, data coaching, IPEDS, institutional research infrastructure, institutional effectiveness, and student success to create resources for the public good and bring like-minded higher education professionals together.
Dr. Powers is particularly passionate about working with higher education leaders that also share her enthusiasm for expanding knowledge to learners who have had disproportionate access to college.
